  I ordered a pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese and with pineapples. they didn't put much extra sauce on it and forgot my pineapples. when i tried to call them the phone rang for 10 or 20 minutes before the answering machine picked up and told me the owner of the number wasn't taking any calls or messages. now i know why.
  I've eaten their pizza for the last ten years. through their ups and downs I've been a loyal customer, but this is the THIRD time they've screwed up my order. I have NO faith that they'll make it right like the other pizza shops do. I tried calling the main corporate customer service number only to find out that they were closed. In this industry who works 9 to 5 anymore? they say the nut never falls far from the tree. I guess that also counts for business practices as well. I doubt I will ever come back and i will be telling all my friends not to bother coming here unless they don't mind being ripped off.

  They never have anything ready and it takes them a lot of time to make you a pizza even when they're not busy. Every time I have gone there the employees are arguing with each other and don't care that they have customers.
